Unable to log in apps from http:// on 12.1.3 (Doc ID 1231443.1)

1. Log in apps from http://<hostname:port#>/forms/frmservlet?form_params=+config=<name of dbc>.dbc   

2.Pick System administrator responsibility

3. Navigate to  Profile/system

4. Query FND: Disable Configurable Home Page 

5. set to True at site level.

6..Query Enable Configurable HomePage and set it to No

7. Bounce the services

8. Retest the issue

To fix it :

1. verify the version of  $FND/patch/115/import/US//OAFWKGlobalSet.ldt

If it is 120.3.12010000.4 higher then  load it manually

FNDLOAD apps/<apps password> 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afsload.lct $FND/patch/115/import/US$FND_TOP/OAFWKGlobalSet.ldt

 2. If $FND/patch/115/import/US/OAFWKGlobalSet.ldt is 120.3.12010000.2 or less then restore your database perior to 12.1.3 and re apply 9239090 to upgrade to 12.1.3
