How to rename caption on oracle form?

Help > Diagnostics > Properties > Item. Object 1 is block name and Object 2 is Field name and this is required when creating personalization. In "Property" List select Prompt Text to make sure Value shown is what you want to change. Close this.

Create new form personalization:

Help > Diagnostics > Custom Code > Personalize.

Seq: 10

Desc: Test

Click on Actions Tab:

Seq: 10

Type: Property

Object Type: Item

Target Obejct: <Block.Field>

Property Name: PROMPT_TEXT

Value: <New Prompt>

Once Done then Save Changes and Apply. Close screen and opne again.
