Solution :
To implement the solution, please
execute the following steps:
1. Shut down managers and verify no FNDLIBR processes are running.(CM should be down)
2. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator
3. Navigate to profile/system
4. Search for profile “RRA:enabled” and set the value to “ Yes”.
5. Save
6. Restart the managers
7. Retest the issue.
